All tour bookings are subject to availability. A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance due 14 days before the tour start date. Prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change until booking is confirmed.
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour start date for a full refund. Cancellations within 24-48 hours receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. For multi-day tours, cancellation policies may vary.
We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries due to weather conditions, road closures, or safety concerns. In such cases, we will provide comparable alternatives. No refund is due for minor itinerary adjustments.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance before your trip. TOURZ.ge is not liable for losses due to illness, accident, or other unforeseen events.
TOURZ.ge acts as a tour operator and takes reasonable measures to ensure your safety and enjoyment. We are not liable for losses or damages beyond our direct control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political events, or third-party services.
By participating in our tours, you consent to being photographed for promotional purposes unless you inform your guide otherwise.
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
